No Fix No Fee Guarantee

We guarantee to all of our customers that if we are unable to diagnose the fault or unable to repair the item due to the nature of the fault we will not charge a diagnosis fee. In the unlikely event that we cannot diagnose the fault you will not be charged. If the fix is not financially viable to repair the fault the customer will not be charged for diagnosis. 

Only once the repair is fully completed and you have had the chance to check the work, do we ask you to sign our paperwork and make payment.

90 Day Warranty

Our 90-day non-accidental warranty covers parts or repairs carried out by Wiltshire Computer Services. We cannot guarantee hardware or repairs carried out by the manufacture or other third-party vendors.

Once a claim has been made, we will attempt to repair the fault or replace parts free of charge under the warranty. Devices that show signs of misuse or neglect may have claims rejected. If we are unable to repair the fault or replace failed parts, we will issue a refund.

The 90-day non-accidental warranty will be void if the loss of functionality or fault is caused by but not limited to, drops, liquid damage, accidental damage, viruses or misuse of the device, theft and loss is also not covered.

If you need to make a warranty claim you must inform us of the issue within the 90 days of the invoice date. Only the person who purchased the device or authorised the repair can make a warranty claim and the original invoice must be produced at the time of claim

Free Collection and Delivery

We offer a free collection and delivery service for customer devices within 20 miles of Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Collections and deliveries outside of this 20 mile radius will be charged at 50p per mile.


Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or service we’re here to help.

Returns

You have ​14 days to return an item from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, or faulty.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (either physical receipt or email receipt).

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your the original method of payment. This cannot be changed for any other method.

You will receive the credit back within 5 working days from approval (depending on your card issuer’s policies).

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any faulty or damaged goods which need to be exchanged will be sent at our expense.
